After a decade of self sufficiency and living out of our own organic garden, Ana and I ended up extremely nutrient deficient and we had to learn the shocking truth that we actually needed to supplement our diet. Whatever is not in the soil is not in the food grown on it… the soils globally are more and more depleted and therefore deficient in essential nutrients …  it’s not the right place here, but you can read a transcript of one of my talks called ‘A Common Sense Approach To Optimum WellBEing’, where I go into a bit more detail.

The FACT is that every BODY needs 90 ESSENTIAL Nutrients (i.e.the body can’t make them!) every day, in order to be well. 

While Minerals are the FOUNDATION  of our physical body, it also needs vitamins, amino acids and essential fatty acids in the right form and the right amounts daily (the minimum depends on size/weight and activity). 

Deficiency leads to a weak foundation which in turn leads to a weak immune system which throws our body out of BALANCE and that is the cause of most of our physical, mental and emotional challenges…

When the body gets what it needs it has a chance to heal itself!
